We finally have our new carpet in. So many years we've wanted to get rid of the old blue carpet, and now it is gone!

Here's dad putting in our beautiful new tile. Yesterday we installed the vanity and sink in the master bath. There's so many details in a bathroom. We've put up new lights, reinstalled the toilets, put up new towel racks and TP holder, put in new baseboards, changed the shower heads, painted and caulked. We still have to do the mirrors for both bathrooms, but we're almost done! Here are pictures of our two new bathrooms. The master bath has yellow walls and a dark counter top. The guest is green with the light counter top. We love them both.

Dad and I are both sore today from our work yesterday. We finally decided on the new flooring and started installing it.

Two bathrooms torn apart.

The sink in the master bath was left hanging there by itself when we ripped off the counter. Rust had completely corroded the brackets connecting it to the counter top. Lesson learned: you need to repair caulking once in a while. Mom replaced all the hardware in the tub much to dad's surprise.

We have begun the bathroom remodeling with the middle bathroom. We have gotten rid of all the stars along with everything else except the bathtub. Now we just have to decide what we want to put back in. There are so many decisions for such a small room!
